How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery Thursday-Sunday to Whistler and on Friday to Squamish. If Alternative delivery dates are also available for an additional fee. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, please contact us to coordinate.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver from Whistler (Emerald) to Squamish. If you would like delivery outside of our delivery zone, please contact us. A delivery service charge may be applied to your order depending on the location.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Currently we offer weekly delivery services. Whistler orders are delivered Thursday-Sunday. Squamish order are delivered on Friday. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, please order a minimum of two weeks in advance. When you place your order, write the date that you would like it to arrive in the ‘Order Notes’ section provided. You can also contact us
Do you take special requests?
We absolutely do. When you place your order, simply detail your request in the input areas provided. It’s labelled, ‘Special Requests’.
How do I contract you to discuss wedding florals?
You can do this in one of two ways. Either contact us directly or select the wedding floral design option(s) that you’re interested in from our shop inventory, providing details of your request in the section provided.
Can I include a personalized note to my loved one as a gift?
100% yes! If you are ordering flowers as a gift for someone else, please select the ‘As a gift’ option then write the greeting that you would like included with your order in the ‘Order Notes’ section provided.
Do you have any other gift options I can include?
We don’t have additional gift options on-hand, but would be happy to source and pick-up items (such as wine, chocolates, etc.) to go along with your order for you for an additional charge. If you would like us to add gifts to your order, please provide details of what you would like to include in the ‘Order Notes’ section. After your order has been placed, we will contact you for more details and to discuss budget/additional cost. No charge will be added to your order without your consent.
